PC Based Comprehensive Test Setup for Luminaires
Our zest for innovation has resulted in continuous upgrades in the existing line of products. Till now we used to manufacture 3 different equipments for Driver, MCPCB and Luminaires Component testing. We at SCR Elektroniks have developed our comprehensive tester to incorporate all the 3 systems in a single bench. Here in this tester one can test all the three DUT in a single bench. Since all the 3 testing procedures have many tests in common, we have incorporated all the tests in a single bench such that testing of Luminaire driver, Luminaire PCB and Final Luminaire set is performed in single test bench. Only these tests are performed over the DUT else other are disabled for them.

MCB Thermal Verification Test Bench
The test system is a special version of the thermal test test system in the sense that the test jig is primarily designed to hold and connect multi pole MCBs for thermal verification so that each pole can be verified to trip within the IEC time band after the MCB has been riveted. This test ensures the trip verification of MCB so as to trip all the 4 poles at once when overload is detected in one single pole. In short, this is a verification-only bench.

Needle Flame Test Apparatus
Needle Flame Test Apparatus is designed to carry out fire hazard testing. Flammability test is to check the ‘Resistance to Fire’ of electrical insulators that touch directly conducting parts & also parts of insulators. Testing with regard to fire hazards can be done by creating exactly the conditions occurring in practice. However, this is not possible in most instances. Hence for this test, the actual conditions are simulated as closely as possible by the Needle Flame Test Apparatus.

Temperature Rise Test Panel

SCR ELEKTRONIKS have developed “TEMPERATURE RISE TEST BENCH FOR MEDIUM VOLTAGE SWITCH BOARDS” to measure rise in temperature at various points as mentioned in standard at junctions. The set-up consists of a True RMS Constant Current Source (to maintain the Current within + / - 1 % of set value with Digital Indication), PC based control system, Temperature data logging on PC, Servo-Controller and other indications. Digital voltmeter Primary Voltage) indicates the position of auto transformer (variac).

MCB Thermal Trip Calibration Test Bench (IEC 60898 Cl 9.10.1.2, Annex I.1, IS)
The test system is designed and customized to carry out 2.55*Intest as per Table 7 (test c) of IEC 60898 (also mentioned for routine testing of MCBs. The test is done at dc current to exactly analyze and correct the bimetallic properties of the MCB as far as thermal tripping is concerned. The unit comes with a pneumatically operated test fixture with in-built dc stepper motor that is controlled by a micro controller / PC to calibrate the breaker into a narrow tripping band programmed by the user.

28 Days Test Bench (Single Phase & Three Phase)
The SCR Elektroniks 3 station MCB 28 Days and Temperature Rise Test Bench is economically designed to verify the 28 Days Test (21 hr ON, 3 hr OFF Test) as per clause 9.9 of IEC 60898-1 and Temperature Rise of the parts of a Circuit Breaker specified in Table 6 of clause 8.4.1 measured under the conditions specified in clause 9.8.2 of IEC 60898-1.

High Voltage Tester
The High voltage tester for routine testing of MCBs combines a conventional high voltage tester with a specially designed robust fixture to hold 20 single pole MCBs at a time. The solution comes as a single trolley with easy-to-set test parameters with safety interlocks designed for user safety with respect to electric shock and mechanical fixturing. An advantage of the system is – it gives a high yield (20 MCBs are tested in about one minute) thus yielding user safety at a high value for money.

Test Setup For Domestic Mixer Motor
SCR ELEKTRONIKS have developed TESTING SET UP FOR MIXER MOTOR for carrying out performance test and High Voltage test of mixer at final stage. It consists of Voltmeter, Ammeter and Watt meter for observing the values of different parameters. OK / NOT OK lamps are also provided to display the results of HV test. HV test is provided with tripping cut off concept. Output Socket is provided for quick connections and disconnections of the equipment to be tested. User friendly operations make the equipment to be handled easier for any operator.

MCB Instantaneous Trip Test Bench
The SCR Elektroniks MCB Instantaneous Trip Test Bench is designed for Testing of MCB to carry out “Test of Instantaneous Tripping and of correct opening of the Contacts” as per IEC: 60898-1:2002 Clause 9.10.2 at rated voltage. This test is carried out with power factor between 0.95 and 1 with the sequence operation being O-t-CO-t-CO-t-CO with timings as specified in 9.12.11.1.

PC Based Test Setup for LED Driver of LED
The tests are Performed as Prescribed in IS the Panel Carries out high voltage, open circuit and performance tests, one by one and provides indication of the Test results as PASS or FAIL lamp for high voltage test. It is very useful and handy in line testing on Mass production line as well as type Testing. Special fixture can be provided for the specific product. This avoids the connections & disconnections of the product for different tests. The total time for entire testing is less than 80 seconds. Micro controller based sequential timer maintains the sequence of operation and displays the test status. The entire system is housed in sturdy M.S cabinet with powder coating.
