HART Modules

These Data Acquisition modules communicate over the HART protocol. HRT-370 is a HART signal filter specially designed to solve the issue that analog signal gets interfered while additional HART signal adding to communication process. When connecting HRT-370 to a HART instrument, it splits the input HART signal to two output channels. The I-87H17W is a HART analog input module. It can measure 4~20mA current and act as a HART master, allowing communication with HART field devices. Its user-friendly design saves a lot of work when measuring current due to a built-in resistor.

The DB-24SSR/DB-24SSRDC includes 24 normally open, or form A, solid-state relays The board interface to filed logic signals, eliminating ground-loop problems and isolating the host computer from damaging voltages. The user can use the DB-24SSR/DB-24SSRDC to switch high voltage load, up to 240 VAC/50 VDC and up to 4 A. The relay is energized by applying a 5-voltage signal to the appropriate relay channel on the 50-pin header or 37-pin D-sub connector. Twenty-four enunciator LEDs, one for each relay, light when their associated relay is activated. Because there is a D-sub 37-pin connector on the board, the user may use it to interface to any TTL output board. In other words, the user may use it as a general purpose solid state relay output board.

The DB-24R consists of 24 form C, electromechanical relays for efficient switching of load by programmed control. The contact of each relay can control a 0.5 A /110 V load or 1A / 24VDC. The ISO-P64 has 64-channel isolated digital input board, arranged into four isolated banks. Each input channel use a photo-coupler input which allows either internal power supply or external power selected by jumper. Isolated input channels 0~15 are designed into group A, channels 16~31 are designed into group B, Isolated input channels 32~47 are designed into group A, channels 48~63 are designed into group B. The power supply of the input port may use the external power or the power from the PC side using DC to DC converter. The board interface to field logic signals, eliminating ground-loop problems and isolating the host computer from damaging voltages. The ISO-P64 has one 37-pin D-sub connector and one 40-pin header. The 40-pin to D-sub 37 flat cable is used to fix with the case. The user can connect the digital signal through the second D-sub connector. Each D-sub connector contains 16 inputs channel and 16 output channel.
