Accordingly, our instruments store measured values and compare them to a manufacturer’s limits. Also, a fingerprint obtained in this way can be used at a later stage as a reference during subsequent measurements. In order to obtain an accurate comparison, the tests need to be performed using identical test parameters. Consequently, any deviation and change in the test results may indicate the circuit breaker condition deterioration. Even more, to overcome this issue, DV-Win enables test plans and graph overlay features.Finally, as a final result of a circuit breaker maintenance process, the DV-Win provides analytical tools and customized report creations.

The RMO-E instruments are designed and ideal for testing protective bonding (grounding) of equipment following the standard IEC 61010-1. Also, they can measure the resistance of high, middle and low voltage circuit breakers, high-current bus bar joints, cable splices, and welding joints. The instruments accurately measure not only in factory environments but also in high-induction fields and substations.Both models generate a true DC ripple-free (less than 1 %) current with automatically regulated test ramps. During a test, the protective bonding testers automatically generate increasing current before measuring and decreasing current after the measurement. Consequently, this significantly decreases magnetic transients and ensures great accuracy.These instruments can store up to 500 measurements in the internal memory and have a built-in thermal printer available as an option.DV Win software communicates with the RMO-E earth resistance meter via USB or RS232 interface. It allows a user to run the test remotely from PC, as well as to download test results, analyze and generate fully configurable test reports.The RMO-E series contains two models, RMO60E and RMO100E. The main difference between these two models is in the maximal test current:60 A DC for RMO60E100 A DC for RMO100E

BXL is an extra load unit designed to be used with DV Power’s BLU series battery testers. However, this unit is a universal add-on device. Because of that, it is compatible, as an additional load, with any other discharge/capacity tester in the market.In case when discharge current exceeds the capacity of a single BLU device, BXL can increase the discharge capacity. There are no limitations on the number of extra load units that can be connected in parallel to the main battery tester.A system of BLU and BXL instruments enables performing the capacity test in an accurate, user-friendly way. Also, all instruments are in accordance with battery testing standards: IEEE 450-2010, IEEE 1188-2005, IEEE 1106-2015, IEC 60896-11/22, and other relevant standards.These units can be used on any type of battery string, such as lead-acid, Li-Ion, Ni-Cd, etc. They test battery strings with voltages in the range of 5,25 – 500 V DC. On the other hand, current up to 250 A can be discharged through the BXL internal structure.The instrument simulates a constant resistance load during the discharge test. Several resistances can be set for different battery nominal voltage levels. This makes BXL extremely flexible in selecting its load capabilities.

Battery voltage recorders from BVR series are designed to serve as a support tool for cell voltage measurement during battery capacity testing.During capacity testing, cell voltage, temperature, inter-cell connection voltage, and specific gravity should be measured in order to determine failling cells in the string that should be replaced.Furthermore, IEEE standards for stationary batteries applications stipulate periodical measurement of overall string voltage, as well as cell voltage and temperature.The BVR Series is the perfect tool for that purpose. All measurements are automatically saved in device’s internal memory. Additionally, DV-B Win software helps the user to download all measured results. Furthermore, the user can create test reports and export them to various formats.BVR series includes two models: BVR11 and BVR22. Battery charger BAC series is a portable and universal battery charging solution. It is primarily intended for charging Lead-Acid, Ni-Cd and Li-ion batteries from 1 V DC to 300V DC level. However, the unit can charge the string of any battery type by one of the available charge modes:IU (constant current + constant voltage)UU (constant voltage + constant voltage with a current limit)Charging modes provide a safe regulation of charging procedure and achieves fast recharge and low risk of overcharge.Variety of implemented protections, such as thermal, overcurrent, undervoltage, and overvoltage, assure the charging process will be safe for the battery and the instrument itself.A user doesn’t have to switch off the main charger in order to use BAC series charger. Just the opposite, the BAC series charger should support the main charger to speed up the process. Battery load bank BLU-T is a powerful and lightweight solution designed for condition assessment of telecommunication and radio equipment backup supply. This instrument can perform the battery capacity test on battery strings such as Pb, Li-ion, Ni-Cd, and others. It tests battery strings with voltages in the range of 0,9 – 70,5 V DC. As a special feature, the BLU110T model enables capacity testing of single PB, Ni-based as well as Li cells (with current up to 100 A).The capacity test is conducted in an accurate, user-friendly way. Also, it is in accordance with battery testing standards: IEEE 450-2010, IEEE 1188-2005, IEEE 1106-2015, IEC 60896-11/22, and other relevant standards.BLU-T battery load bank enables setting the discharge current up to 350 A, with 0,1 A resolution. If higher currents are required, the BLU-T units can be connected in parallel, or BXL-T additional load units can be linked.The instrument offers a high power-to-weight ratio. DV Power battery voltage supervisor – BVS, is an accurate battery voltage monitoring system that monitors the state of health of battery systems. It records important battery parameters such as battery voltage, inter-cell connection voltage, and ambient temperature. Overall string voltage and string current monitoring can be achieved by using an optional string voltage module (SVM) and string current module (SCM).There are two types of DV Power battery voltage supervisors:BVS – One cell voltage module measures 1 cellBVS-4 – One cell voltage module measures 4 cellsCVM modules detect cells that fail a discharge test based on monitored voltage values. As a result of that, these cells can be safely removed from the battery string.Data acquisition and analysis of data collected from the modules are available in the DV-B Win application software suite. When it comes to choosing a transformer turns ratio tester, TRT Standard series offers some of the most advanced instruments with LCD display out in the market. Each model measures transformer excitation current and phase shift performs automatic vector group detection and magnetic balance on three-phase transformers and three-phase autotransformers.
