Dual Wide Range Power Monitor
LTC2992
The LTC®2992 is a rail-to-rail system monitor that measures current, voltage, and power of two supplies. It features an operating range of 2.7V to 100V and includes a shunt regulator for supplies above 100V. The voltage measurement range of 0V to 100V is independent of the input supply. Two ADCs simultaneously measure each supply’s current. A third ADC monitors the input voltages and four auxiliary external voltages. Each supply’s current and power is added for total system consumption. Minimum and maximum values are stored and an overrange alert with programmable thresholds minimizes the need for software polling. Data is reported via a standard I2C interface. Shutdown mode reduces current consumption to 25μA typically.

Series Voltage References
Analog Devices offers a broad line of series voltage references with low dropout, low power, and excellent line regulation. These devices are voltage references that are functionally similar to a three-terminal regulator. Some series voltage references are designed to also operate in shunt mode by biasing the output pin and leaving the input pin open circuit. Series mode voltage references have the advantage that they draw only load and quiescent current from the input supply.

Low Phase Noise Amplifiers
Low Phase Noise amplifiers are critical for many applications requiring high signal integrity. This is especially relevant in instrumentation, defense, and telecommunication applications where low phase noise amplifiers are becoming increasingly important as the oscillators improve. Phase noise is described as the close-in noise to the carrier that can often appear as jitter on a clock signal. Analog Devices offers a large portfolio of low phase noise amplifiers to meet a variety of requirements in the LO network, receiver, as well as in the transmitter. Our portfolio supports a wide range of power levels and frequencies to provide the right solution for the given application.

DRO/VCO Modules
The Analog Devices portfolio of dielectric resonant oscillators (DROs) and voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs) offer excellent output power and phase noise performance over temperature and cover a range of applications and uses to meet the needs of industrial, medical, aerospace and defense, EW, ECM, and communications markets. Our DRO modules are a natural choice for applications in fixed tuned or narrowband tunable configuration, while our selection of VCOs play a key role in providing reliable frequency generation for RF and microwave communication and test systems.

Clock Synchronization
Analog Devices Clock synchronizers are designed for wired networking applications, providing the clock redundancy functionality needed to maximize system uptime. Our technology supports clock synchronization with common standards, including 1 pulse per second (PPS) output signal from a GPS receiver. GPS signals are broadly available and utilize an extremely stable atomic clock as its time base, but they are often noisy. Systems rely on the IEEE1588 timing protocol to establish synchronous communications across the wired network, including synchronous Ethernet and synchronous digital hierarchy (SDH) to optical transport network (OTN) mapping/demapping. The IEEE1588 protocol has emerged as the preferred method for Clock synchronizing systems throughout both computer networks and local area networks (LAN).

Voltage Variable Attenuators
Analog Devices voltage variable attenuators (VVAs) ensure accurate control for a wide range of applications. Our absorptive VVAs are ideal for designs where an analog dc control signal controls RF signals levels over a 30 dB amplitude range, while our monolithic VVAs feature low insertion loss, high IP3, and wide dynamic range, as well as a balanced topology that delivers excellent return loss.

LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) Drivers and Receivers
LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) Drivers and Receivers from Analog Devices offers designers robust, high speed signaling for single-ended to differential solutions for point-to-point applications. Our selection of products conform to the TIA/EIA-644 LVDS standard and contain the first LVDS transceivers to meet 8 kV IEC ESD performance standards - important for robust, interboard applications where the connectors can be exposed to more harsh electrostatic environments. Companion differential line receivers and differential line drivers support up to 600Mbps. LVDS greatly improves noise immunity and minimizes emissions for high speed point-to-point data transmission and is a low power alternative to emitter-coupled logic (ECL) or positive emitter-coupled logic (PECL) signaling.

Isolated LVDS
Isolated LVDS (low voltage differential signaling) devices couple differential signals applied to the LVDS receiver inputs across the isolation barrier to the outputs on the other side and re-transmits the bit stream or clock as LVDS. Analog Devices' drop-in LVDS isolators offer designers robust, high speed differential signaling for point-to-point and multidrop applications. Extending iCoupler® chip scale transformer technology for ultrahigh speed data encoding, these LVDS isolators support a a data rate of up to 2.5 Gigabits per channel for a total bandwidth of 10 Gbps. In contrast to expensive fiber implementations, deserialized links over standard digital isolators or optocouplers, and design-intensive bespoke solutions using transformers or high voltage capacitors, ADI Gigabit Digital LVDS isolators offer the only integrated comprehensive, high performance isolation at 10 Gbps. High performance galvanic isolation for applications include analog front-end (AFE), processor to processor serial communication, or video and imaging data (such as HDMI isolators) as well as isolation between boards, or at a cable interface for LVDS or CML signal chains.
