Next Generation Subsea Inertial Navigation Systems
TOGSINS
The new TOGSINS builds on core TSS fibre optic gyro technology by incorporating inertial navigation (INS) capability. As with TOGS, it is available in three standard heading accuracy variants: 0.1° (TOGSINS1), 0.3° (TOGSINS3) and 0.5° (TOGSINS5), all rated for operational depths to 4,000m or 6,000m giving you a range for all your needs.Inertial position data is produced using an INS algorithm, within the firmware framework of TOGS, whilst attitude data is delivered via accurate roll/pitch measurement of 0.01° (TOGSINS1) and 0.05° (TOGSINS3 and TOGSINS5), and a heave performance of 5cm or 5%.

ODI's P1.7-30 penetrators meet the same electrical performance characteristics as Nautilus connectors and are used where the need to mate and demate is not necessary, generally at the second end of a pressure-balanced oil-filled (PBOF) assembly with a Nautilus connector at the opposite end. The Penetrator is typically attached directly to a vessel, which can be either pressure balanced or at 1 ATM.

Ethernet Flying Lead
Qualified 100m Subsea Ethernet jumpers designed for data transmission and real-time situational awareness and monitoring. The typical Ethernet harness system consists of wet-mateable, Nautilus connectors, Nautilus penetrators, and pressure balanced, oil-filled (PBOF) hose conduits. Internally, the Ethernet signals are transmitted over custom Ethernet cabling sealed to seawater ingress by two independent barriers. Seven and 12-way configurations are available. For higher subsea power requirements, the P10-250 from Teledyne ODI is designed to provide reliable barrier protection at extreme pressures and temperatures. The penetrator extends through a wall or bulkhead and connects to medium voltage cables to supply an external power source. In electric submersible pumping (ESP) applications, the penetrator transfers power to the motor while maintaining a pressure barrier between the motor and the seawater.
