However every instrument is calibrated for the basic mineral types with NIST or NIST traceable samples. ElvaX Geo demonstrates excellent limits of detection and repeatability.

Each module allows the introduction of fault connections that include data paths open, data paths shorted together, and data paths shorted to externally applied faults such as power supplies and ground. The software driver defaults to a protective mode where conflicting faults are prevented to avoid accidentally shorting unintended paths, such as power to ground. A separate mode allows complete freedom in setting fault patterns.

Designed for use in both the factory and the field, this interferometer provides crucial quality information needed to assure long-term performance of fiber optic connectors. One CC250P Mount for Ø2.50 mm PC Connectors and one RT250P Reference Tool for calibrating the CC250P mount are included with the CC6000 interferometer; mounts and reference tools that enable measurement of other PC or APC, single-fiber connectors are available separately below. When used with an appropriate mount for APC connectors, the CC6000 interferometer is also capable of measuring the APC angle and key error.

Additionally, DV-Win measures and calculates the OLTC transition time, the ripple and the winding resistance for each tap changing operation.
