KT-320 - Sonel S.A.
Solid and portable tool for daily tasks. This is the main goal when designing a line of budget cameras with a visible spectrum lens. Modern IR sensors available in three resolution versions are supported with the visible spectrum lens, which allows operation in four modes: IR, visual, PIP (picture in picture) and MIF (contours visible on IR image). A highquality image is presented on a clear display with backlighting adjustment. Despite the low price, the camera has been equipped with a set of the essential, but necessary tools for analyzing and correcting images/measurements. The results of the work can be saved on an SD card or sent via USB or WiFi for further processing. Professional software for thermogram analysis completes the unit. This makes the camera an ideal tool for maintenance personnel, electricians, the construction industry and others, in their daily tasks. Thanks to state-of-the-art technologies and solutions, the cameras of the Sonel company ensure full control and flexibility in various situations, and are an ideal tool for both novice users and professional thermographic inspectors.

There is no disputing the detrimental effect of metallic contamination on the integrity of the critical gate oxide used in integrated circuits. During high temperature processing contamination in the silicon wafer often precipitates as a defect at the Si/Dielectric interface or segregates to the dielectric in either case it has the potential to cause pre-mature device failure and a reduction in product yield. The probability of metallic contamination impacting yield is a function of the chip size (e.g. technology node/critical dimension) and the defect density (e.g. the amount of contamination), such that as device dimensions decrease, maintaining yield requires a corresponding reduction in contamination. Figure 1 clearly demonstrates the reality of this relationship over the past 25 years, during which time the IC industry has experienced a more than 3 orders of magnitude reduction in typical background Fe concentration observed in new fabs. More importantly is the near-term projection, where over the next few years another order of magnitude reduction is needed to meet the requirements of state of the art Si IC manufacturing; with white pixel reduction in CMOS Image Sensors being a major stimulus for this effort.

Type HFDF - National RF, Inc
National RF’s Type HFDF high frequency location system is a proven noise hunting and location directional antenna system that allows you, in many cases, to walk right up to the source of High Frequency (HF) noise! Used by several power companies around the United States, professional noise hunters, and other communications specialists, the HFDF has located noise sources that emanated from pole power transformers, arcing electric fences, CATV in-line amplifiers, plasma TV screens, and even Marijuana grower’s heating lamps! The system incorporates several plug-in, tunable magnetic loop sensors of a proprietary National RF design, that cover the frequency range between 1.8 MHz and 55 MHz. The unit is packaged in a hand-held, lightweight metallic enclosure, with a pistol grip and a magnetic compass mounted on top. The compass is used to get magnetic bearings to the noise source, which may be plotted on a map to triangulate, and ultimately pin-point, the location of the noise source. In certain cases, our customers tell us that they have been able to walk right up to the interfering noise source and correct the situation on the spot!

Infinite Industrial Informatics Lt
Sigfox is a communication protocol that is used to read data from sensors through a fixed network of base stations. It works like a low cost “SMS” service. As an end-user, you only need to buy a subscription to connect to the data network operated by SIGFOX. Sigfox employs a proprietary Ultra Narrow Band (UNB) radio technology that enables communication using the Industrial, Scientific and Medical ISM radio band, which uses 868MHz in Europe and 902MHz in the US. It has the advantage of covering larger areas than other fixed local systems. The overall Sigfox network topology has been designed to provide a scalable, high-capacity network, with very low energy consumption, while maintaining a simple and easy to rollout star-based cell infrastructure. The density of the cells in the Sigfox network is based on an average range of about 30-50km in rural areas and in urban areas, where there are usually more obstructions and noise is greater, the range may be reduced to between 3 and 10km.According to the latest numbers, Sigfox has a nationwide live coverage in 6 countries and in 14 other countries it is deploying and rolling out ts network. By end 2018, the ambition is to cover 60 markets.

ERAVANT
Automotive radar sensors play a vital role in the current development of autonomous driving. Their ability to detect objects even under adverse conditions makes them indispensable for environment-sensing tasks in autonomous vehicles. As their functional operation must be validated in-place, a fully integrated test system is required. Radar Target Simulators (RTS) are capable of executing end-of-line, over-the-air validation tests by looping back a received and afterward modified radar signal and have been incorporated into existing Vehicle-in-the-Loop (ViL) test beds before. However, the currently available ViL test beds and the RTS systems that they consist of lack the ability to generate authentic radar echoes with respect to their complexity. The paper at hand reviews the current development stage of the research as well as commercial ViL and RTS systems. Furthermore, the concept and implementation of a new test setup for the rapid prototyping and validation of ADAS functions is presented. This represents the first-ever integrated radar validation test system to comprise multiple angle-resolved radar target channels, each capable of generating multiple radar echoes. A measurement campaign that supports this claim has been conducted.

Acces I/O Products, Inc.
Analog input boards are useful for measuring variably changing conditions in the real world. When we want to measure these variably changing conditions, we need analog inputs to convert these changing real world conditions to changing electrical quantities. For example, monitoring the temperature inside a wood kiln, or the water pressure on the output of a pump, or the heart rate of a medical patient. In each of these cases, you can use one of our analog input devices to convert the electrical data from a sensor or transducer into binary data that can then be used by your computer. The device that converts this data is known as an analog to digital converter (abbreviated ADC, A/D, or A to D). An analog input is a measurable electrical signal with a defined range. The analog input changes continuously in a definable manner in relation to the measured property. This data is very useful for process monitoring, process control, or simple monitoring / data collection and acquisition. ACCES' analog input boards amplify and multiplex input signals from thermocouples, strain gauges, accelerometers, photo sensors, flowmeters, RTDs, thermistors, voltage sources, millivolt sources, and current sources, just to name a few.
