Model T102 -
Teledyne Advanced Pollution Instrumentation
The Model T102 TRS analyzer uses the proven UV fluorescence principle to measure Total Reduced Sulfur at levels commonly required for ambient air monitoring. The Model T102 uses a high temperature external converter set at 850°C to allow conversion of H2S, methyl mercaptan, dimethyldisulfide, and methyl-disulfide to SO2 at this temperature with efficiency greater than 98%. A switching option alternately measures TRS and SO2 while showing both readings concurrently on the front display.

FGA-1000 -
Atom Instrument
ATOM Instrument offers the most versatile total sulfur analyzers available. The ATOM FGA-1000 is an online process analyzer utilizing patented Excimer UV Fluorescence (EUVF) Technology to measure Total Sulfur in a variety of applications such as monitoring refinery flare gas and subsequent sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions as mandated by the EPA Rule 40 CFR 60, Subpart Ja.
-
ML660 -
Teledyne Monitor Labs
The Teledyne ML®660 conventional extractive system is designed to extract and condition hot, wet stack gas for a dry basis measurement of any combination of SO2, NOx, CO, CO2, and O2. This system can be configured specifically for 40CFR60, 40CFR63, 40CFR75 compliance, and process control applications.
-
PCA-400 -
Bacharach, Inc.
Bacharach’s active sample conditioner is used to enhance the performance of the PCA® 400 combustion and emissions analyzer in heavy industrial and commercial settings. The PCA® 400 provides accurate readings for CO, O2 and NO with a standard probe. Bacharach also offers optional Viton™ tubing with the sample conditioner to eliminate sample dropout, ensuring accurate results in applications where NO2 and SO2 measurements are necessary. The sample conditioner removes water vapor from the stack gas sample, preventing the formation of water droplets inside the analyzer’s probe hose. Water in the sample hose could absorb a portion of the gas sample and result in lower than actual readings of NO2 and SO2. The water extracted from the gas sample is pulled out of the thermoelectric (Peltier) cooler and into a water catch pot. The dry, conditioned flue-gas sample is then passed through to the PCA® 400 for analysis, ensuring a clean, dry, accurate air sample. This also prevents water passing into the instrument and possibly damaging the sensors or other components.

ELEMENTRAC CS‑r -
ELTRA GmbH
The ELEMENTRAC CS-r analyzer determines the elements carbon and sulfur by combustion of the sample in an oxygen stream and subsequent measurement of the combustion gases CO2, SO2 and H2O in selective infrared measuring cells. A high sample weight of up to 500 mg ensures excellent reproducibility of the elemental analysis results, even for heterogeneous samples.
-
ELEMENTRAC CHS‑r -
ELTRA GmbH
The ELEMENTRAC CHS-r elemental analyzer determines the elements carbon, sulfur and hydrogen by combustion of the sample in an oxygen stream and subsequent measurement of the combustion gases CO2, SO2 and H2O in selective infrared measuring cells. A high sample weight of up to 500 mg ensures excellent reproducibility of the measurement results, even for heterogeneous samples.

ML675 -
Teledyne Monitor Labs
The Teledyne ML®675 dilution-extractive system can be used in 40CFR75, 40CFR60, 40CFR63, and process control applications. In this system, sample is prepared for analysis by diluting stack gas with clean, dry instrument air at the probe location. Since no moisture is removed with dilution, measurements for SO2, NOx, CO, THC and CO2 are made on a wet basis.
