G-MIX is a versatile integrated system that can be easily used to create innumerable gas mixtures, the gas flows are accurately controlled by three MFCs (Mass Flow Controllers), each MFC has stored within its memory the calibrate tables for 10 gases different. The entire hydraulic system was created using AISI316 stainless steel pipes, fittings and valves, using the best solution available for this type of application. The stoichiometric composition of the gaseous mixture can be easily controlled via a software developed by Bioage, with an intuitive and friendly interface that can be easily installed on a common PC and communication with G-MIX is possible by means of a USB port. The System Can be used in Stand-Alone mode, without any connection to the PC thanks to the easy and intuitive LCD display with which each MFC is equipped, setting the gas parameters using an intuitive keyboard with which the MFC is equipped.

The mini chopper is an excellent choice for applications requiring a compact package. The chopping discs come in a variety of slot apertures and allow operation. Beam diameter is limited to 0.75mm when using the 200-slot disc and 1.0mm when using the 40 slot mini disc. The easy-to-interchange blades are made of non-magnetic, half hard brass and can be used in combination. Chopping frequency is set by adjusting a ten-turn dial or by applying an external DC voltage to the BNC input. Reference output is a TTL pulse and is in-phase with chopping action.
