  • Line Scan Vision System

    In-Sight 9902L - Cognex Corporation

The In-Sight 9902L 2K line scan smart camera is a high resolution self-contained vision system ideal for detailed inspections of large, cylindrical, or continuously moving objects. The 9902L acquires up to 16,000 lines of 2,000 pixels per line to produce a 32MP image that can used to detect even the smallest features and defects. Each pixel line is acquired at 67,000 lines per second to keep up with the fastest production lines. This standalone vision system only requires a small view of the target part, making it an ideal choice for installations with restrictive field of view or mounting space requirements.

  • Near Field Scanning Optical Microscope

MCL-NSOM - Mad City Labs Inc.

The MCL-NSOM is a fully operational near field scanning optical microscope. It has been built on Mad City Labs versatile RM21™ inverted optical microscope which allows users to convert between NSOM, SPM, and fluorescence optical microscopy techniques. The MCL-NSOM builds on our successful resonant probe SPM and incorporates common elements such as the MadPLL® phase lock loop controller. The MCL-NSOM also includes a 635nm laser excitation source, fiber launch, oil immersion objective lens (100x, 1.25 N.A.), CMOS alignment camera and avalanche photodiode detector. The microscope configurable design allows researchers to tailor the instrument for many different optical microscopy techniques including near field spectroscopy. The MCL-NSOM is operated in aperture mode with shear force feedback. The standard 5 modes are supported: illumination, collection, illumination and collection, reflection and reflection collection. We supply a LabVIEW™ based software package which automates the motion control features.

  • RGB 1×3 Video Distribution Amplifier

    VDA403 - MicroImage Video Systems

Video Distribution Amplifiers (sometimes called a video splitter – not to be confused with a video split screen controller such as our PXD510E split screen controller) are typically used for connecting a camera or other video source to several monitors that do not have “looping” inputs. In this situation, each monitor has a permanent 75 ohm termination. With two non-looping monitors connected together, the line would be double loaded and result in a dim picture on each monitor. Using a Video Distribution Amplifier will solve this problem by driving each monitor individually at 100%.The second application is when the video signal is run over distances greater than 50 feet. The coaxial cable has a fair amount of signal loss over long distances. When multiple monitors are connected after long runs of coax, the degradation can be severe, especially when dealing with modern, high bandwidth signals that have 500+ lines of resolution. The VDA403 is a Video Distribution Amplifier designed for professional applications. It will operate with NTSC & PAL video signals as well as many common Black & White signals. These units use the latest integrated amplifier technology for superior performance and reliability. Custom units or modifications can be manufactured at a reasonable cost.

  • IP VIDEO MARGIN TESTER

    IPMT-3 - FM SYSTEMS, INC.

The IPMT-3 is a precision attenuator used to test IP video systems to insure that you have an adequate digital signal margin. Digital signal margin is the amount of signal level above the digital cliff that you have in your system to prevent a picture failure from occurring. IP cameras will give you a perfect picture until the network cable loss reaches beyond the minimum allowable signal level and then you suddenly get no picture at all. This effect is called the digital cliff, because like walking off of a cliff, everything is great till you take the last step off the edge and then all is lost.
