8 AI (16-Bit, 250 kS/s/ch), 8 DIO, PXI Multifunction I/O Module—The PXI‑6143 is a simultaneous-sampling, multifunction data acquisition device. It offers analog input, digital I/O, two 24‑bit counters, and digital triggering. The PXI‑6143 is ideal for a variety of applications, such as high-energy physics, ultrasonic and sonar testing, ballistics and highly transient signals, and multiaxis control. The included NI‑DAQmx driver and configuration utility simplify configuration and measurements.

±10 V, 500 kS/s/ch, 16-Bit, Simultaneous Input, 4-Channel C Series Voltage Input Module - The NI‑9222 performs differential analog input. This module is well suited for applications such as ballistics, impact, and blast wave testing. The NI‑9222 can sample at the maximum sample rate per channel while the module next to it samples at a much slower rate, which is ideal for mixed-measurement test systems. There are two connector options for the NI‑9222: a 10‑position screw terminal or a 25‑pin D‑SUB connector.

Flux meter has been the established standard for the measurement of magnetic flux density for determining total flux in a magnet or magnetic assembly. Its use was curtailed except in a few specialized areas because of many factors such as the difficulty in setting up light beam flux meter or ballistic galvanometers, limitations on the ohmic resistance of search coils, the requirement of some degree of operator skill in reading the flux meter etc. The development of the integrating type Digital Flux meter has virtually cancelled the hitherto negative aspects of fluxmeterology and has found a broad niche for many magnetic measurement applications.
