The 40/42-860A-342 is a PXI/PXIe quad insert/bypass switch with MU connectors and is part of Pickering's range of PXI Fiber Optic MEMS Switching modules. They are available in many high density formats with a choice of different connector styles to suit most applications: FC/APC (for optimal performance), FC/PC and SC/PC for general applications and LC and MU for high density applications. They are also available with an optional hardware interlock which, when activated, will return all optical switches to their default unpowered state.

PXI 1A Fault Insertion Switch 22-Channel

The 40-195 is a 22 Channel Fault Insertion Switch, primarily designed for the simulation of fault conditions in automotive & avionics applications involving the reliability testing of safety critical controllers. It is designed to be able to insert different fault conditions on pairs of signals between the test fixture and the equipment under test: Open-Circuit, Short-Circuit between signal pairs, Short-Circuit between signal pairs and user applied fault conditions e.g. Power or GND. Relays in-line with the signal paths allow open circuit conditions to be simulated on either side or both sides of a signal pair. Relays between each channel pair enable adjacent signals to be shorted, and relays between signal paths and the "Fault" connection allow the application of external user applied fault conditions.

SP1T RF Pin Diode Switches To 18 GHz
Pulsar Microwave manufactures pin diode RF switches that are controlled by TTL logic. This configuration is known as single pole, single throw and is often abbreviated SPST or SP1T. They have been engineered to function in 50-ohm systems, and are designed to operate from 40 MHz to 18 GHz. They have a switching time of 100 nanoseconds and input power rating of 200 mW (23 dBm). PCI Fault Insertion Switch Cards for Differential Serial InterfacesThe new modules include the Differential PCI Fault Insertion Switch (model 50-200) which is designed for lower data rate serial interfaces such as CAN and FlexRay, and the High Bandwidth Differential PCI Fault Insertion Switch (model 50-201) which is designed for higher data rate serial interfaces such as AFDX and 1000BaseT Ethernet. Each module allows the introduction of fault connections that include data paths open, data paths shorted together, and data paths shorted to externally applied faults such as power supplies and ground.
