Digital Panel Mount Load Cell Meter
MODEL DPM-3
The DPM-3 is a smart Plug & Play TEDS IEEE 1451.4 compliant Digital Panel Mount Load Cell meter. Just plug in a TEDS compatible Load Cell or Torque Sensor and the DPM-3 will automatically self-calibrate. When used with a non-TEDS Load Cell or Torque Sensor, the DPM-3 can be set up by simple front panel push buttons. The DPM-3 can be scaled to a full 5 digit display from 0 to 99,999 counts to read directly in engineering units such as grams, ounces, pounds, etc. The DPM-3 samples 60 readings per second (50 for 50Hz operation) for fast control response and true peak/valley reading capability. The meter has an adaptive digital filter that can automatically select the best time constant for minimum noise, yet respond rapidly to an actual change in signal level. The peak and valley values can be displayed by a push of a button on the front panel. Auto-tare allows the meter to be set to zero for any input signal level. Available options include dual relays, analog output, serial communications, and low voltage power supply.

The Falco Systems WMA-02 is a high voltage amplifier that runs from an 24 - 30V DC power supply and can be battery powered if required, e.g. for use in a Faraday cage. Its internal high voltage generator is inductor-free and hence does not spread magnetic interference in sensitive experimental setups. The output noise is impressively low at 4mVrms. For extremely low noise applications where bandwidth is not an issue, a dedicated WMA-02LF version is available that contains an output low pass filter capacitor which reduces the bandwidth to 50Hz, but makes the noise drop to below 0.2mVrms. This bandwidth-limited amplifier is ideal for MEMS or piezo positioning with manual voltage adjustment.

The battery capacity test is performed to determine the health of a battery. DV Power’s battery load unit BLU-A is a portable, powerful, and lightweight solution for battery capacity measurement. It is applicable to any battery string such as lead-acid, Li-Ion, Ni-Cd, etc., with up to 500 V battery voltage. As a special feature, BLU100L model enables the capacity testing of a single Li-Ion cell.The capacity test is performed in an accurate and user-friendly way. Also, it is in accordance with battery testing standards: IEEE 450-2010, IEEE 1188-2005, IEEE 1106-2015, IEC 60896-11/22, and other relevant standards.Battery load unit BLU-A enables setting discharge currents up to 240 A, with a resolution 0,1 A. Furthermore, if higher currents are required, BLU-A units can be connected in parallel, or additional BXL load units can be used.The instrument offers the best power-to-weight ratio in the market. Battery Fault Insertion Unit
The Battery Fault Insertion Unit (FIU) provides intelligent switching of cell-simulation channels for the Battery Simulator 1200. The switching capability enables simulation of open-circuit and short-to-rail fault conditions on any cell channel for the purposes of battery management system (BMS) testing. Additionally, a four-wire auxiliary input allows you to connect an external digital multimeter (DMM) instrument to any cell channel for very high-accuracy bypass current and cell voltage measurements. Each FIU provides 24 independently-programmable cell-switching channels for one or two 12-cell Battery Simulator 1200 units.
