Down converted I/Q data is sent to the signal processor through 2 channels of 2.5 Gbps speed SFPDP link.The digital waveform generator block of digital receiver unit generates programmable polyphase coded digital pulse coded expander output.

The Receiver is divided into two polarization sections, each with a dedicated channel for the received signal and a second channel for a reference signal originatingfrom the transmitter. There are two identical circuits in the Receiver, one reserved for vertically polarized signals, and the second for horizontal signals.
