The electrical cable exits through a 1/2-14 NPT threaded conduit fitting which allows the attachment of a variety of tubing or flexible conduit. The electrical cable is vulcanized to a welded on stainless steel ferrel. The four conductor electrical cable has an atmospheric vent tube inside the cable jacket and is attached to the ̶0:true gage̶1: all-welded chamber inside the sensor to provide an atmospheric zero reference.

The SC5510A and SC5511A are VCO-based, synthesized signal sources with very low phase noise and an amplitude control of 0.01 dB throughout its -30 dBm to +15 dBm output power range. By utilizing a unique multiple phase-locked loop architecture, phase spurs are kept below -70 dBc across the entire tuning range, even at 1 Hz step resolution. These 20 GHz signal sources include an additional, independent RF2 channel with a tunable frequency range from 100 MHz to 3 GHz and a tuning resolution of 25 MHz. Both modules make great general-purpose laboratory signal sources where demanding low phase noise and signal purity are required. Synchronous Accumulation (Order Analysis)

Order analysis is one of the most convenient and efficient methods for diagnostics and balancing of rotating mechanisms and transmission gears. With an RPM sensor and a vibration sensor, it is possible to study the time characteristics of gear vibration signals. It is a well-known fact that a signal from a vibration sensor is affected by signals from other sources. To tune out from the disturbing signals, the synchronous signal accumulation method is used. For each shaft rotation, the RPM sensor provides a rotation mark. This signal serves as a triggering strobe for the vibration sensor signal sweeping. The obtained signal sweeps are combined. All the sources of the signals related to the shaft frequency (frequency of rotation) are accumulated and increased in the accumulator linearly proportionally to the N number of rotations. All other signals that are not correlated with the shaft frequency are accumulated proportionally to N1/2 and in case of a greater number of averagings, the useful signal exceeds the interference level.
