This Low Noise Triple Band Voltage Controlled Oscillator was designed to meet a specific customer requirement. The VCO cover the 3300 to 4700 MHz frequency range in three bands. The output power is +9 to +12 dBm with an integrated buffer amplifier to minimize load pulling. The three bands are selected using standard TTL control.
