In-Situ Cross- Stack Laser Analyzer
LS25 is an in-situ analyzer for non-contact measurement of the concentration of gases. The measuring principle of the LS25 is based on the principle of single line spectroscopy (Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy, TDLAS). A single cross-sensitivity-free absorption line of the gas to be measured is selected in the near infrared range. A single-mode diode laser operating at room temperature scans the respective absorption line. By using an opposite receiver, the absorption caused by the sample gas is measured and from this the concentration is calculated. An automatic correction for pressure and temperature changes is possible. In addition, the transmission is displayed respectively output as a signal for preventive maintenance.

O Band Tunable Laser Source

The CA9812 O Band tunable laser integrates a widely tunable laser with a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA). The tunable laser is electronically tuned and can address any wavelength from 1265.00 nm to 1365.00nm. The N4917B software provides an automated standard compliant stressed receiver sensitivity test according to 100GBASE-LR4, ER4 and SR4 test specification. In order to do this kind of test, several test instruments such as a bit error ratio tester, digital sampling oscilloscope, optical reference transmitter and tunable laser source are required to operate together to achieve a compliant, repeatable optical stressed eye. Tunable System Sources
The Keysight N7711A and N7714A tunable lasers are single-port and four-port sources, available with C-band or L-band wavelength coverage. All models can reach any wavelength point within their specified wavelength in the C- and L-band range. The narrow linewidth and offset grid fine-tuning capability make them ideal sources for realistic loading of the latest transmission systems. In system loading applications, it may be preferable to grid-tune the lasers like system transmitters, simply by changing the channel index. The channel grid is adjustable to standard ITU-T grid spacing like 50 GHz, and to arbitrary grids. The Keysight N7711A and N7714A tunable lasers are available in a compact format with half-rack width and one rack-unit height. This format makes them the right choice for high channel-count system load applications.
