Infinity-CTW is an autonomously deployable data logger for highly accurate temperature and salinity measurements during long-term periods. The instrument has a mechanical wiper that periodically sweeps the sensing surface of the seven-electrode conductivity cell to keep the initial accuracy, avoiding bio-fouling without chemical materials and frequent maintenances. Infinity-CTW allows for accurate and stable salinity measurements for several months without cleaning maintenances. Infinity-CTW performance was evaluated and reported by Alliance for Coastal Technologies, ACT code: VS09-06).
