  • Dual Pitot Tube Flow Meter

    PTFM-ONE-DT - HORIBA, Ltd.

The Dual Pitot Tube Flow Meter, PTFM-ONE DT is a standalone interface for measuring exhaust gas flow rate of combustion engines. The system uses the tried-and-tested pitot tube principle with high-frequency transducers, with a sampling rate of 1kHz to accurately measure highly pulsating exhaust flows. This rapid capture rate ensures that any pulsations or exotic behaviour caused by the engine is measured, and the unique design of the PTFM-ONE DT means reverse flows can be calculated, with the same guarantee of sensitivity.

  • Flow Computers

    Badger Meter

Cox FC30 flow computers service both liquid and gas applications. The FC30 features batching, 40-point flow meter linearization tables, and temperature viscosity correction using Strouhal/Roshko advanced linearization methods and multiple flow and control inputs. Relay outputs are independently assignable for alarms and general purpose warnings. The FC30 has serial communications, both RS232 and 485, and isolated analog and pulse outputs.

  • Dual Vapor Gravimetric Sorption Analyzer

DVS Resolution - Surface Measurement Systems

DVS Resolution’s key feature is the combined ability to precisely control and measure temperature and relative humidity while recording the highest resolution changes in mass. DVS Resolution uses a dry carrier gas typically nitrogen or compressed air for its operation. Digital mass flow controllers regulate flows of dry and saturated gases. Relative humidity is generated by precisely mixing dry and saturated gas flows in desired flow ratios which produce expected relative humidity. In a typical experiment a known concentration of water vapor is delivered over a sample placed inside the sample pan connected to the Surface Measurement Systems Ultrabalance™ measuring realtime mass changes caused by sorption or desorption of water molecules. Prior to sorption measurements, the sample can be in-situ preheated/dried at temperatures of up to 300oC.

  • Tracer Gas Leak Test Systems

    Cincinnati Test Systems

Tracer gas leak testing is a simple and highly-efficient method of leak detection that provides high sensitivity as well as increased accuracy and repeatability. This method is used for testing parts with very low leak rates that are outside the range for conventional air-flow pressure decay and mass flow, or to replace bubble test methods. Tracer gas testing uses escaping tracer gas to identify micro-leaks in the range of 1x10-4 to 10-9 scc/s.

  • Pressure Insensitive Mass Flow Controller

    SEC-Z700X Series - HORIBA, Ltd.

The SEC-Z700X Series is equipped with reliable thermal sensors and a pressure insensitive function for stable flow rate control. The on-board pressure measurement reduces the cost, size and complexity of gas delivery systems.

  • Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Monitor

    KATflow 10 - Katronic

The KATflow 10 is a simple ultrasonic clamp-on flow monitor, which provides an extremely cost-effective alternative to in-line flowmeters on effluent, wastewater and sludge applications. The KATflow 10 is used to monitor the flow of liquids containing higher levels of solids or entrained gas bubbles for measurements where a general flow indication is sufficient. The instrument is extremely simple to install and commission and is ideal for applications which demand good repeatability and reliable results.

  • Flow Measurement for liquids, gases and steam

    Endress+Hauser AG

Flow measurement for liquids, gases and steam. Consistent product quality, safety, process optimization and environmental protection – these are only a few reasons why industrial flow measurement is becoming more important all the time. Water, natural gas, steam, mineral oil, chemicals are some of the fluids that have to be measured day in, day out.

  • Laser Induced Fluorescence (Mixing LIF)

    Dantec Dynamics A/S

Planar laser-induced fluorescence (PLIF) is an optical diagnostic technique widely used in fluid and gas applications. PLIF has proven to be a valuable tool for flow visualization as well as for quantitative whole-field measurements of scalars such as concentration and temperature in liquid and concentration in gaseous flows. Applications can be found in process engineering, biomedical engineering, and fluid dynamics research.

  • Smaet LDV III

    KANOMAX USA, Inc.

A Laser Doppler Velocimeter (LDV) measures fluid velocity by utilizing coherence of laser light. It detects the Doppler shift frequency of the scattering light of particles in the fluid and calculates the velocity of the particles (fluid). With a LDV system, non-intrusive measurements without disturbing the measuring object, liquid or gas flow, are achieved. No calibration is necessary and reverse flow measurements at a high resolution is also possible. The LDV system provides the absolute value of the flow velocity with accuracy.
