The N1425A is designed to operate specifically with the B2985B/87B. It can hold DUTs with large terminals being used with the N1426C. The N1426A with the N1425A is available for measurements of small DUTs such as PC boards or IC sockets. The N1426B with the N1425A enables the construction of simple custom-made test leads. The N1413A High Resistance Meter Fixture Adapter is also required to connect the N1425A to the B2985B/87B.

The N2805A is a 200-MHz differential probe designed to provide superior differential signal measurements with long cable length (5 m), making it ideal in an environment where extended cable length is required. The probe offers 50:1 attenuation ratio, allowing it to be used adequately for up to ±100V DC+peakAC of high voltage differential measurements with high CMRR. The differential probe has a differential input resistance of 4 MΩ and low input capacitance of 4 pF to minimize circuit loading. The probe is powered by Keysight’s oscilloscope AutoProbe interface.

The Keysight 87204A terminated multiport switch provides the life and reliability required for automated test and measurement, signal monitoring and routing applications. Innovative design and careful process control created the Keysight 87204A which meet the requirements for highly repeatable switching elements in test instruments and switching interfaces. The Keysight 87204A is designed to operate for more than 10 million cycles. The exceptional 0.03 dB insertion loss repeatability is warranted for 5 million cycles at 25° C. This reduces sources of random errors in the measurement path and improves measurement uncertainty. Switch life is a critical consideration in production test systems, satellite and antenna monitoring systems, and test instrumentation. The longevity of this switch increases system uptime, and lowers the cost of ownership by reducing calibration cycles and switch maintenance.
