This IMU-in-a-chip is so cool we put it on the quarter-sized breakout board you are currently viewing!

  • Tesla Meters & Adapters

Projekt Elektronik Mess- und Regelungstechnik GmbH

Magnetic field measuring devices, also known as magnetometers or gaussmeters, which we market under the product name Teslameter, together with one of our probes, form the individual solution for a measurement task. The basic principle at Projekt Elektronik is the modular structure, which allows the combination of different probes with a magnetic field measuring device. This means that our components can be flexibly adapted to the respective requirements. A great advantage for the everyday practice of our customers.

  • Weapons Orientation Modules (WOM)

    Inertial Labs, Inc.

The WOM TM weapon orientation modules provides a level of performance previously unseen in the world of miniature 3DOF orientation systems. WOM TM employs the use of three axes each of gyroscopes, accelerometers, and magnetometers to track both slow and fast movements of weapons in real-time. It houses propriety calibration techniques for soft- and hard-iron interference that are specific to the different weapon classes on which it can be used. Calibrations are able to be performed quickly and easily by minimally trained individuals without requiring any precise movements.

Precision MEMs IMUs deliver the required accuracy levels even in complex operating environments and under dynamic or extreme motion dynamics. ADI iSensor® IMU technology has been uniquely developed to reliably provide the high performance necessary to enable emerging applications in autonomous machinery and instruments, across multiple markets.

  • Nanotesla Meter

RM100 - Macintyre Electronic Design Associa

The RM100 uses a differential measurement technique employing two subsystems to achieve its high accuracy. The first subsystem is a user controlled field neutralization unit with a dynamic range of ±100,000 nT and a resolution of 0.1 nT. The second is a low noise analog output magnetometer that measures the difference between the ambient and neutralization fields. The neutralizing field and difference field are displayed on a large Vacuum Florescent Display on the front panel. The difference field is also provided as an analog voltage through a connector on the back of the chassis. The factory calibration of the neutralization subsystem to ±0.01% is traceable to NIST.

  • Magnetic Field Camera: mapping for MRI applications

    MFC2046 - Metrolab Technology SA

MRI and NMR spectroscopy applications require a highly uniform magnetic field, within at most a few ppm. NMR is the only magnetic measurement technique capable of providing a field map with that degree of precision. Introduced 25 years ago, Metrolab’s NMR Magnetic Field Cameras have revolutionized field mapping for MRI magnets. They reduced acquisition times from hours to minutes, positioning errors to fractions of a millimeter, and they rendered human and drift errors negligible. Now, meet the latest generation NMR Magnetic Field Camera, the MFC2046! Map any magnet with the New generation of MFC probe arrays. Magnetometer Teslameter Gaussmeter

  • Electronic Compass for Dynamic Conditions - Vibration, Acceleration, Uneven Terrain, or Rough Seas

Revolution GS - True North Technologies

If your compass application involves vibration, acceleration, uneven terrain, or rough seas, you will find the True North Revolution GS electronic compass to be an uncompromising solution that will outperform rival units costing considerably more. The GS provides remarkably accurate heading, pitch, and roll in dynamic conditions. It all starts with a precision 3-axis solid-state magnetometer. Two angular rate gyros independently stabilize pitch and roll. They augment a dual-axis electrolytic tilt sensor that provides precise tilt measurements in static environments. Two sets of independent filters, one set for pitch and one for roll, combine gyro and electrolytic sensor measurements to provide the best available tilt measurements.

  • OCEAN BOTTOM SEISMOMETERS (OBS)

A three-axis magnetometer and a MEMS accelerometer record the seismometer’s 3D position on the seabed for data rotation during post-processing.

  • Magnetic Field and Permeability Measurement

    MAGNETOSCOP® 1.070 - Foerster Instruments, Incorporated

The MAGNETOSCOP 1.070 is a portable magnetometer system with microprocessor and probes for measuring the magnetic flux density as an absolute or differential value (gradient). It has a USB port for simple data transfer and an SD card for saving measurement data and parameters. The measuring system also facilitates the recognition and saving of peak values and the adjustment of thresholds for limit values. The unit can be used for series and individual measurements. The data can be easily analyzed and documented with the PC software included in the scope of delivery. The MAGNETOSCOP 1.070 thus facilitates the portable and fast measurement of the relative permeability within the scope of the quality control of stainless steel and low-permeable (non-magnetic) alloys as well as the localization of ferrite enclosures. Changes in material (sulfidation, degradation of lamination, structural changes) can also be proven thanks to permeability comparative measurements.

  • Gauss Meters

    PCE Instruments

A gauss meter displays electromagnetic wave measurements in Gauss (G), milliGauss (mG), milliTesla (mT) or microTesla (µT) units. A gauss meter can detect either static (DC) permanent (rare-earth) magnetic or dynamic (AC) electromagnetic fields (EMFs), or both. Thus, it is important to review the specifications of a gauss meter prior to purchase to ensure suitability for the intended application.Neodymium (NdFeB) permanent magnets are among the world's strongest and most widely used magnets. When testing magnets made of neodymium or other rare-earth elements, a gaussmeter or magnetometer capable of measuring DC magnetic fields is required. However, most electromagnetic fields encountered are generated by AC currents. Examples include electrical power lines, transformers and wiring for overhead lighting, solar panels and other electrical devices and equipment. Electromagnetic fields from electrical installations are believed to cause feelings of nervousness, anxiety and paranoia in EMF-sensitive human beings. Most gaussmeters offered by PCE Instruments can be calibrated and certified according to DIN ISO 9000 standards for an additional fee. Replacement gaussmeter probes and optional accessories are available for most gaussmeter models.
