The 40-523 module is configured as a 44x4 high density matrix with available reedrelay formats of 1-pole, 2-pole and 1-pole screened. The screened version is suitablefor switching signals up to 50MHz. Model 40-524 is a similar matrix, available insingle pole 46x4 format. Typical applications include signal routing in FunctionalATE and data acquisition systems. These PXI matrix cards are constructed using highreliability Ruthenium Electro-Plated Reed Relays, offering >10e8 operations togive maximum switching confidence with long life and stable contact resistance.
