The LFH200 cable provides connectivity to the NI PXI-2569, PXI-2570, PXI-2571, PXI-2575, SCXI-1169, and SCXI-1175 switch modules. There are three different options for this cable. All three options have a 200-Pin, Male LFH front end connection. Each option has a different back end connection. The first option has a 200-Pin, Male Bare Wire back end connection. This option is specifically suited for the PXI-2569/70/71 and SCXI-1169. You can use the unterminated ends for custom wiring needs, twisting the channel and common terminals of the PXI-2569 and SCXI-1169 to reduce crosstalk. The second option has 4 50-Pin, Female D-Sub back end connections. This option is specifically suited for the PXI-2569/70/71 and SCXI-1169. The second option uses the same twisted-pair configuration (CH-Com Twisted) but offers 50-pin D-Sub connectivity. The third option also has 4 50-Pin, Female D-Sub back end connections, but it twists the ch+ and ch- terminals (CH-CH Twisted) when used in a 2-wire configuration. This option is specifically suited for the PXI-2575 and SCXI-1175.

This high bandwidth differential PCI fault insertion card is designed to simulate common faults on high speed two wire communication interfaces such as Ethernet. This card supports 4 or 8-channels of two wire serial connections and can be used for simulating faults on Ethernet, AFDX, BroadR-Reach, 100BaseT and 1000BaseT interfaces. Any wire can be set to an open circuit, shorts can be applied across the wire pair, or to the adjacent pair. Fault connections can be made to one of four external signals via two fault buses, typically simulating connections to a supply voltage or ground.
