RkP-400 Series -
Laser Probe Inc.
The RkP-400 Series probes consist of a compact head containing the detector and a preamplifier housed in a separate enclosure. The external dimensions of all the 400 Series Probes are the same, with identical detector planes, allowing for easy interchange of probes in an experiment. The heads have both ¼-20 and M6 tapped holes, a built-in 1” (25mm) filter holder, and a side-mounted BNC connector. Probe specific data, including spectral response curves and calibration dates, is stored in the preamplifier for access by the instruments.

TA Instruments
Thermal Analysis is important to a wide variety of industries, including polymers, composites, pharmaceuticals, foods, petroleum, inorganic and organic chemicals, and many others. These instruments typically measure heat flow, weight loss, dimension change, or mechanical properties as a function of temperature. Properties characterized include melting, crystallization, glass transitions, cross-linking, oxidation, decomposition, volatilization, coefficient of thermal expansion, and modulus. These experiments allow the user to examine end-use performance, composition, processing, stability, and molecular structure and mobility.

EPR -
Cryogenic Ltd.
EPR samples with S=1/2 electronic spins exhibiting a narrow signal at G=2 and require magnetic fields of only ca. 3.5 T. However, EPR spectra from S>1/2 spins are typically much broader and have spectral features that spread over magnetic field range of several Tesla. Such fields could be easily achieved with superconducting magnets, but, unlike NMR, these magnets cannot operate in a persistent mode in order to satisfy a wide range of resonant fields required by the experiment.
