Switching Unit
ZET 454
The ZET 454 switching unit is intended for serial switching of 72 circuits of ZET 452 control devices to one of the sixteen sockets. The ZET 452 electric circuits control device is connected to a socket on the ZET 454 switching unit front panel. On the front panel of ZET 454 there also are sockets for tested device circuits connection, which is performed using the adapter harnesses.

Coaxial Switches
An electromechanical switch made primarily for routing microwave signals/RF energy from one point to another within a transmission line. Coaxial switches can be used in either an industrial environment or in the lab. These electromechanical devices are also used for RF testing equipment and in large RF communication systems and networks. Coaxial switches vary by port configuration, switch type, maximum frequency, isolation, insertion loss, voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) and package type. 1 X 4 Switch slot module of FOTS system carries out the switching function that enables a single channel input to go to any of 4 outputs or a selected particular channel of 4 inputs to go to a single channel output. And its MEMS type switch module is bidirectional and transparent to signal format. It is remarkable that high speed switching and various driving program such as timed, manual or sequential switching mode are available through the combination of high speed response time switch and high speed FPGA processor. On the basis of less than 1ms switching time and 10ms minimum switching, high speed sequential switching can be installed easily by defining switching order, interval time and duration. Current switching channel status can be checked through LED fronted with slot, and present driving condition of optical switch can also be monitored through GOI or LCD monitor.
