2D Far-Field Analysis of Infrared Emitters
VTC 2400
-
Instrument Systems Optische Messtechnik GmbH
The VTC 2400 is a high-resolution infrared-camera that was developed specially for 2D-far-field analysis of the radiant intensity distribution of VCSELs and IR emitters. The measurement system consists of a light-permeable screen and a monochrome camera specialized for measurements in the near infrared range.

IR-Emitters
-
Our IR emitters are almost exclusively used in chemical analysis. There is a distinction to be made between broadband and narrow-band emitters. Planck’s emitters are broadbanded, whereas IR lasers are narrow banded.

Ground Threat Emitter Sensor System
GTESS
-
The Ground Threat Emitter Sensor System (GTESS) is a modular test and training system capable of stimulating multi-spectral aircraft electro-optic sensor suites at long range. The GTESS system integrates Textron Systems’ ultraviolet (Mallina™), infrared (Phoenix) and/or laser (Phantom™) ranged stimulators with an automated tracking system to facilitate fast-moving test, training and evaluation exercises. A fully integrated camera system for effective after action review. GTESS can also work in conjunction with Textron’s radio frequency (RF) range stimulator systems (PRTS™ & HPRTS) for complete multi-spectral testing.

High Collector To Emitter Voltage
-
High collector-to-emitter voltage photocouplers (optocouplers) are optically coupled isolators containing a GaAs infrared light emitting diode and an NPN silicon Darlington connected phototransistor. The isolation voltage during input and output and the voltage between the collector and the emitter of the transistor are both high.
