Dual channel breakout board for the MAX31865 RTD-to-Digital converter from Maxim. Two breakout hardware configurations are available standard, designed to interface with either the PT100 or PT1000 platinum RTDs. For non-standard applications, including thermistors, custom hardware configurations can be accommodated. Contact Technical Support for more information. RTD devices may be wired in 2, 3 or 4-wire configurations using the 4-pin screw terminal input. The MAX31865 breakout is interfaced via 3 or 4-wire SPI with a data-ready output for specific operating modes. An LDO and a high-speed level shifter are included to allow interfacing with microcontroller devices between 3.0V and 5V (all Arduinos, Raspberry PI, etc) without sacrificing device performance.

Our Ultra-high Vacuum Scanning Kelvin Probes (UHVSKP2020 and UHVSKP5050) give the user full access to work function (Φ) and contact potential difference (CPD) measurements under vacuum with the ability to scan a sample area of 20 x 20mm or 50 x 50mm respectively. Each system comes with the UHV head unit, tip amplifier (located at the mounting port), digital control unit and host PC with dedicated software. The tip can be retracted 100mm from the sample and approaches normal to the sample. The associated digital electronic unit powers the head unit and provides an interface between the head unit and the data acquisition system. The system comes with a complete user manual, which includes an introduction to work function measurements and a detailed description of the system software, including examples. The work function resolution of the Ultra-High Vacuum Scanning Kelvin Probes is 1-3 meV.

This design utilizes a 3 plate system where an internal lever actuated sub plate containing the test pins raises to probe the circuit board when the handle is pulled. Its working principle is schematically shown below. Optoplex Optical wavelength meter is the only DWDM wavelength meter capable of measuring wavelengths of multi-lasers in DWDM networks over C-band and L-band wavelength range with a high accuracy better than that the wavelength locker can provide. For example, the device can simultaneously report 80 wavelength values of 80 channels at 50 GHz channel spacing with the wavelength accuracy ± 2 GHz.
