On-stream Analyzer
Boxray Compact
For most concentrator plants. The Boxray Compact onstream analyzer has three measurement cells that are mounted on a sled that moves sideways. Two cells are used for sample streams and the third is adapted for a reference sample. Boxray Compact is equipped with a multiplex system that allows up to 16 sample streams, eight streams to each of the two measurement cells. The reference sample is analyzed on a configurable interval.

DVStor is a self-contained transport stream recording and playout solution. It archives transport stream data complete with all services, SI/PSIP tables and any private metadata. Transport stream data can be recorded in full, or as a selected subset of content. Inputs to the DVStor can be over a Gigabit Ethernet interface or an optional ASI input. DVStor can play out a custom playlist of content recorded off the input or evergreen material uploaded from asset store. Content in the DVStor can be played out over IP or the optional ASI output.

On-stream Analyzer
Boxray Flowstand
Our secondary sampling tanks, Boxray Flowstand, are fully automatic and are used with both the on-stream analyzers Boxray 24 and Boxray Compact. In addition to the streams being screened and flowing down to the analyzer, daily composite samples are collected. These composite samples flow down to special containers (pots) with perforated bottoms, where the water is drained from the samples, which makes work fast and effective for lab personnel.

The Mividi TSM100 is an MEPG transport stream analyzer and IP video monitoring system for monitoring the quality of digital video services (QoS) delivered via IP or ASI interfaces. It can simultaneously monitor up to 300 services and perform deep MPEG analysis and video quality check 24 x 7. The system can be used for analyzing MPEG-2, H.264 and HEVC programs delivered over the Internet, as well as head-end equipment that uses IP for video transmission. The Multiprotocol Network Tester is a freeware, open source tool which enables you to measure quality of your IP network. It can also be used to generate UDP flood or to simulate UDP DoS attack. SIP call is usually established using a SIP session with a bidirectional RTP stream. SIP and RTP protocols are based on UDP transport protocol. UDP uses a simple transmission model without implicit reliability, ordering and data integrity. Each single UDP packet is transferred independently. The quality of a SIP call depends on delays and loss of IP packets in a network. Long delays lead to large RTP jitter and bad sound quality of a SIP call.

Operationally, the sensor passes a white light beam through the stream to be monitored, where light absorbance is measured at two distinct wavelengths. The measuring wavelength is set to focus on or near the peak absorbance point of the “yellowness” curve, while the secondary wavelength is chosen to compensate for any influence due to light scattering (window fouling, particulate, immiscible fluids, gas bubbles, etc.).
