GPIB Instrument Control Device
GPIB Instrument Control Devices offer IEEE 488 controllers that are compatible with ExpressCard, PMC, PCMCIA, PCIe, PCI, and USB slots as well as Ethernet, RS485, RS422, and RS232 ports. Some models can control multiple GPIB devices, and others offer sustained data transfer rates and no microprocessor interruption in data transfers. GPIB Instrument Control Devices include a license for the NI-488.2 driver software, providing maximum reliability for connecting to third-party instruments via GPIB. The devices are completely IEEE 488.2 compatible, have industry-standard transfer rates, and offer easy system configuration through NI software.
