The Model 1-ST measures strength and polarity of magnetic fields up to 19,999.9 gauss. The sensor can easily fit in a .060 inch (1.5 mm) gap and is at the end of a 100 cm flexible cable. The sensor end can be bent if required for a variety of situations. Place the sensor on a magnet face to measure the field. With a resolution of 0.1 gauss, it can measure any tiny variation from magnet to magnet or it can detect if a given magnet has lost even a little strength. Bend the sensor in to a "L" to measure inside a DC solenoid tube. The 5 digit display requires neither auto nor manual range change, making it easier to use than older style 3 or 4 digit meters. Turn on the meter and immediately begin reading fields (updates 4 times per second). There is no setup required, making this the fastest, easiest gaussmeter available.

The Keysight 34937A is a general-purpose switch module for the 34980A Multifunction Switch/Measure Unit. It has 28 independent single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) 1A relays and 4 single-pole, single-throw (Form A) 5A relays. This module is used to cycle power to products under test, control indicator and status lights, and to actuate external power relays and solenoids. The Form C channels are 300V, 1A contacts and can handle up to 60W, and the Form A channels are 30VDC/250VAC, 5A contacts and can handle up to 150W. Standard 50-pin Dsub connectors allow for use with standard cables, terminal blocks, or mass interconnect solutions.

Designed primarily for testing products in plastics. Side access electrically probes outside panel connectors. The unit will also optically read LEDs and key segments off LCD displays. Solenoids will press buttons and servos will turn selector switches. DC motors are used to adjust multiple turn potentiometers. Microphone will detect audio output tones. Top and bottom of circuit boards can also be probed if removable access panels are available. This unit will also probe all 6 sides of a circuit board. This is typically utilized in applications where connector testing is required.

When voltage transient limiting is required, some models have an adjustable sphere gap. Also available are units with built-in high voltage discharge resistors with energy dissipation capabilities from 50 to 10,000 ohms. Some units can be reduced in height if full line to ground voltage is connected to the top high voltage contact only and the other high voltage terminal is operating at, or near, ground potential. Line to ground voltage can also be increased by adding insulation between lower high voltage contact and ground. Normally mounted base down. Base up mounting if specified.
