200 Ampere Micro OHM Meters
HL-200
Measuring the line loop contact resistance by bridges is not the ideal method as the test current is only a few milli amperes. Thus the value is not the true value of the contact resistance. Model HL- 200 is a direct reading tester, and uses a test current of 200A DC, resulting in true value and accurate measurements. Model HL- 200 adopts digital circuit technique and is used for measuring contact resistance of switch control equipment at test current of 200A DC. The measurements are accurate as the test is highly stable. HL- 200 is a new, fully automatic micro controlled tester that measures contact resistance at 200A DC with built in printer.

To reduce the workload for the customers, Panasonic has developed a self-diagnosis function specifically for this sensor. This function sends sensor data via IO-Link to a higher-level fieldbus, thus informing about the state of the sensor directly. This way, the amount of production data and the work needed to analyze the data is reduced.
