Up to 14 GHz PXI Vector Signal Analyzer - The PXIe‑5665 is a modular, three‑stage superheterodyne analyzer that you can use as either a spectrum analyzer or vector signal analyzer. It supports RF list mode, which increases multiband measurement speed with fast and deterministic changes in configuration. In addition, you can use the PXIe‑5665 with the Modulation Toolkit to analyze custom and standard modulation formats. The PXIe‑5665 can perform measurements for a broad range of communications standards such as GSM, EDGE, WCDMA, WiMAX, LTE, Bluetooth, WLAN, DVB‑C/H/T, ATSC, and MediaFLO. Because all measurements are software defined, you can reconfigure the measurements using standard-specific toolkits. With these toolkits, the PXIe‑5665 provides a low-cost solution to high-performance RF measurements.

The PXIe-5842 is a vector signal transceiver (VST), which combines a vector signal generator and vector signal analyzer into a single four-slot PXI Express instrument. This VST provides the fast measurement speed and small form factor of a production test box with the flexibility and high performance of R&D-grade box instruments. The PXIe-5842 benefits from PXI modularity and scalability, as up to four PXIe-5842 VSTs can fit into one 18-slot PXI Chassis. Additionally, the VST provides the error vector magnitude (EVM) performance required to test a variety of cellular and wireless standards such as Wi-Fi 7 and 5G NR. The M4x.66xx-x4 series arbitrary waveform generators (AWG) deliver the highest performance in both speed and resolution. The series includes PXI Express (PXIe) cards with either one, two or four synchronous channels. The large onboard memory can be segmented to replay different waveform sequences. The AWG features a PCI Express x4 Gen 2 interface that offers outstanding data streaming performance. The interface and Spectrum’s optimized drivers enable data transfer rates in excess of 2.8 GB/s so that signals can continuously replayed at a high output rate. While the cards have been designed using the latest technology they are still software compatible with the drivers from earlier Spectrum waveform generators. So, existing customers can use the same software they developed for a 10 year old 20 MS/s AWG card and for an M4x series 625 MS/s AWG.
