160 Pin DIN Connector & Cable Accessories
The 160 Pin DIN connector is used on switching products to provide a high density 2A connector solution. If you would like to develop your own cabling solutions, we offer mating connectors and connector hoods that allow you to create either your own cable based solutions, or a PCB header solution. Connector Blocks directly terminate the module connector and convert the connection to arrays of screw terminal blocks, or you can select to use a remote DIN rail mounted breakout to terminate the cables at the end of a cable assembly. The 50-510A series of matrix cards feature a wide range of switching configurations (22x4, dual 20x4, 22x8 and 44x4). Larger matrices may be constructed by daisy chaining the common signals from multiple cards. Expansion cables are available for the 50-512 and 50-513: The 50-512 can be expanded to 44x8 or the 50-513 can be expanded to 88x4 using two cards linked by the ribbon cable assembly 50-976-020-0.1M. Also the 50-512 can be expanded to 22x16 or the 50-513 can be expanded to 44x8 using two cards linked by the ribbon cable assembly 50-976-050-0.1M.

The TX Ranger is a hand-held Time Domain Reflectometer (cable fault locator) with a first range of 2.5 meters combined with a 1.3 Nano second pulse width gives a blind zone of only 5 cm, it makes this the ideal product for fault location on short cable assemblies and harnesses. Small and intermittent faults can be easily identified by using the selectable gain control allowing trace amplification of up to 7 times and when set to scan lock mode the advanced noise reduction software may be selected allowing the user to select between 8,16 and 32-point trace averaging further enhancing the clarity of the trace by reducing electrical and environmental interference.
