The Model 465L UV Photometric Ozone Monitor is an extremely stable analyzer, ideal for critical low-level ppm safety and process applications. Its calibration is NIST traceable and the included pressure and temperature compensation ensure high accuracy under all conditions. An integral micro fuel cell sensor provides accurate, continuous monitoring of O2 and allows measuring of both gases in a single instrument.The Model 465L + O2 has been designed to deliver excellent performance, high reliability and simple operation. Operating parameters can be easily set up in the field using the operator-friendly menu driven software.

The Model 454 is a microprocessor based gas monitor for measuring mid to high concentrations of ozone in oxygen or air. Available in a standard DIN panel mount configuration with a 4-digit LED display, the compact design provides ease of mounting and installation.The 454 Series is available in full scale ranges from 0-5% w/w to 0-25% w/w, and is factory calibrated in accordance with International Ozone Association standards. The measurement principle is based on the absorption of UV light at 254nm. As the sample containing ozone flows through the absorption cell, it is exposed to UV light at the 254nm wavelength. The amount of absorption by ozone is measured by a narrow bandwidth UV detector.

The Model 452 is a microprocessor-based gas sensor for measuring high concentrations of ozone in oxygen or air with accuracy and dependability. The measurement principle is based on the absorption of UV light at 254nm. Readings are available in % by weight, or grams/Normal cubic meter. Temperature and pressure compensation up to 3 Bar Absolute is a standard feature (with pressure compensation up to 3 Bar Absolute dependent upon range). Its compact size allows for easy installation in process applications.The flow pattern is a straight through design (eliminating turns and elbows), reducing exposed surface area. The 452 uses detectors which have a very narrow band of spectral sensitivity, eliminating the need for UV band pass filters which are subject to deterioration by UV or humidity.

The 465H has been designed to give accurate and stable readings over long time periods with little or no maintenance or calibration. The Model 465H is available in a 19” rack mount or NEMA 4X wall mount enclosure.The sensor module contained in the Model 465H uses detectors which have a very narrow band of spectral sensitivity, eliminating the need for UV band pass filters which are subject to deterioration by UV or humidity. Two detectors are used: one for the ozone measurement, and the other to compensate for changes in UV lamp intensity. This unique design provides a sensor which will operate for extended periods without calibration ormaintenance.
