The SCR100 can apply gate test currents from 100µA up to 90mA (with test load currents of up to 100mA) so it's not limited to sensitive parts.It will automatically identify the type of part (Thyristor or Triac), identify all three leads and also categorise the gate sensitivity. This new version takes a standard Alkaline AAA battery.
