A measurement and control system is specially designed for testing the performance of a certain station. The measurement and control system of a certain station mainly includes monitoring terminals, data collectors, sensors and parts under test. The data collector part can carry on real-time data collection. The data acquisition part of the test system is designed based on NI’s PXI-SCXI architecture, combined with Omron’s CJ1H PLC and OROS’ OR36 dynamic signal acquisition instrument to realize the functions of conditioning and acquisition of the signals output by the front-end sensors.
