The Controller for FlexRIO is optimized for field deployment and offers reliable, extended operation for applications requiring advanced I/O capability and embedded signal processing. It includes a Kintex-7 FPGA, 2 GB of onboard DDR3 DRAM, high-speed serial ports for streaming, and a dual‐core ARM Cortex‐A9 processor running NI Linux Real‐Time for headless operation.The registered trademark Linux® is used pursuant to a sublicense from LMI, the exclusive licensee of Linus Torvalds, owner of the mark on a worldwide basis.
