M9405A - Keysight Technologies
The M9405A is a standalone RF amplifier in a single slot PXIe form factor. Operating from 300 kHz to 26.5 GHz (Option F26) or 300 kHz to 50 GHz (Option F50), the amplifier has a 7 dB to 9 dB of Noise Figure and approximately +27 dB to +24 dB of gain across the band.
