The automatic connection of unused channels into 75Ω terminations helps maintain signal integrity and minimizes the possibility of introducing unwanted responses. The common connection is also automatically terminated into 75 Ohm when unused. Front panel LED indicators adjacent to each multiplexer input connector provide an easy visual identification of the active channel.
