Cryogenic Low Noise Magnetic Field Transducer

Cryogenic Low Noise Magnetic Field Transducer

The SENIS K3A cryogenic low noise magnetic field transducer is engineered to deliver highly accurate measurements of the amplitude and direction of magnetic fields at extreme cryogenic temperatures, extending down to approximately 1 K. This innovative instrument features a compact sensor head boasting dimensions of just 4.5 x 4.5 x 9 mm, integrating a robust 3-axis Hall sensor that guarantees precision in magnetic field readings. Notably, it incorporates the world’s smallest field-sensitive volume, measuring less than 0.6 mm³, making it a premier choice for applications requiring compact and efficient magnetic field measurements.

Equipped with cutting-edge electronics, the K3A transducer provides exceptionally low drift and ultra-high resolution in its measurements. The device outputs an analog voltage for each magnetic field direction (Bx, By, Bz), facilitating accurate assessment of magnetic fields. Optional high precision calibrations are available, achieving an impressive accuracy of 0.25% and accommodating magnetic fields up to ±9 T, even at cryogenic temperatures as low as 4 K. This instrument is ideal for researchers and engineers needing reliable and precise magnetic field measurements in challenging environments.
