The HVG-2020B wide range, dual sensor vacuum gauge takes measurement to the next level. With a Piezo based sensor and a thermal based Pirani sensor accurately and confidently measure pressures across seven decades. The Piezo sensor is media isolated, gas composition independent, and periodically zeroed by the Pirani sensor. An ambient thermal sensor enables the instrument to adjust for temperature and therefore better accuracy.

The optional touchscreen display, free windows data acquisition software and a variety of digital communication paths makes the HVG-2020B flexible and user friendly. Whether you need USB, RS 232, RS 485, linear or log outputs, graphical displays for data acquisition logging, this wide range gauge can perform.

DV-4 Series - Teledyne Hastings Instruments

Teledyne Hastings, manufacturer of the original DV-4, DV-5, and DV-6 thermocouple vacuum gauge tubes, produces vacuum measurement equipment with exceptional stability, accuracy, and reliability under the most demanding conditions.The Teledyne Hastings’ DV-4 Series thermocouple vacuum gauge tube/sensor can be paired with a variety of meters or controllers in the DV series to provide reliable, cost effective measurements in a variety of applications. The robust, easy to install gauge system translates a thermoelectric voltage to a vacuum pressure based on the density of the gas. The thermocouple gauge tube/sensor, DV-4, is fully compensated for temperature and rate of temperature change with no suspended weld to an external heater.The gauges are calibrated for nitrogen or air, but conversion factors for other gases are available from the factory. The thermocouple gauge or controller does not require recalibration when thermocouple gauge tubes are replaced further decreasing process down time. However, our DB-16D reference tube is available to confirm meter/controller performance. Installation accessories are also available from the factory to support your installation needs. One less thing to worry about, when performance matters! With a wide range of meter, fitting, relay and output options, the DV-4 Series can support a variety of applications.

Gas Composition Independent!The HVG-2020A vacuum gauge from Teledyne Hastings is a media-isolated, gas composition independent, piezoresistive instrument that provides accurate pressure measurement throughout the rough vacuum region.The HVG-2020A is easy to install, and the optional display provides the users with several different views, or modes of operation. The HVG-2020A is very flexible and can provide both analog and digital output to easily integrate into process control. A wide variety of linear analog output signals may be selected. This makes the HVG-2020A an excellent choice to replace more expensive capacitance manometers. Digital output can include RS232 and RS485 via a small jack on the top of the instrument. A USB connection is also available on many models which makes connection and operation very easy. Free Windows data acquisition software for data logging is available for the HVG-2020A.

Teledyne Hastings, manufacturer of the original DV-4, DV-5, and DV-6 thermocouple vacuum gauge tubes, produces vacuum measurement equipment with exceptional stability, accuracy, and reliability under the most demanding conditions.The Teledyne Hastings’ DV-6 series thermocouple vacuum gauge tube acts as a localized sensor which is then paired with a selection of meters or controllers to provide reliable, cost-effective measurements in diverse applications. The robust sensor gauge tube is easily installed into vacuum systems and when properly excited, generates a thermoelectric voltage to provide a vacuum pressure measurement based on gas density. The DV-6 thermocouple vacuum gauge tube fully compensates for temperature and rate of temperature change.Thermocouple gauge tubes are calibrated on vacuum systems that contain N2 or Air, but can be used with other gases. Additionally, thermocouple gauges and their controllers can be recalibrated when a replacement thermocouple gauge tube is installed, following instructions in the manual. However, our DB-20 reference tube is available to confirm meter/controller performance. A complete line of installation accessories are also available to simplify the integration of our thermocouple gauge tubes into a variety of vacuum systems.
