The FlexMulti 629 instrument supports 2 or 4 ARINC 629 databus plus ARINC 429, ARINC 717, MIL-STD-1553, serial ASYNC RS-422 / 485, HDLC / SDLC and more with precise timing and easy programming. The unique design allows to connect to a computer using either Ethernet, USB 3, PCI Express, PXI Express or Thunderbolt 3. Supports for embedded code programming allowing the device to operate as a standalone or remote device. The FlexMulti 629 can be used on a desktop or rack-mounted.

FlexMAX Modules

The FlexMAX modules must be inserted into a FlexMAX 1U or 3U chassis. MAX Technologies currently offers ARINC 429, Discrete I/O, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 708, Serial ASYNC RS-232/422/485, HDLC / SDLC, CSDB, CAN Bus including CAN-FD, Digital to Analog (DAC) and Analog to Digital (ADC) modules. More modules will be added to the portfolio.

The FlexMAX family is composed of a choice of chassis and a variety of high density high density modules. The chassis is a Stand Alone device that host up to 4 or up to 16 high density modules depending on chassis size. It allows communication with a PC, PXI Express Chassis or a Laptop using various interfaces including Ethernet, USB, PCI-Express, PXI-Express or Thunderbolt 3. It can also host an embedded program and act as an I/O server on the network.
