  • 6 Channel Function Generator / Flow Simulator

DP-cPCI-2601 - Data Patterns Pvt. Ltd.

DP-cPCI-2601 is a 6 Channel 2MS/s Waveform Generator with high frequency performance, versatility and compact size in an economical cPCI bus format. Signal output in the range of 10 mHz to 5 KHz with 14 bit vertical resolution makes this single slot, 6U-sized cPCI card a powerful solution to meet most demanding test stimulus.DP-cPCI-2601 uses Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) technique to generate stable and accurate output waveforms down to 0.01 Hz resolution. DP-cPCI-2601 offers Sine, Square, Ramp, Triangle, Pulse as built-in wave shapes and user defined arbitrary waveform.DP-cPCI-2601 can frequency sweep any of its function outputs. User can sweep upwards using linear sweeps.

  • FMC, XMC & PMC

    Data Patterns Pvt. Ltd.

The FPGA Mezzanine Card is used by Data Patterns to implement signal interface with external world compatible FPGAs mounted on the FMC carrier there are primarily used for high speed analog interface for digitization (ADCs) and waveform generation (DACs). This form factor is also utilized for special I/O Interfaces such as various avionic protocols and buses. FMC I/O signals may be routed via front panel connectors or through Mezzanine connectors that route the signal back to the carrier board for routing through rear I/O of the Chassis. The system interface is designed for routing to FPGAs using a VITA 57 0.05 Pitch Terminal Array Assembly.

  • Frequency Response Analyser

DP-cPCI-7554 - Data Patterns Pvt. Ltd.

DP-cPCI-7554 is a cPCI module capable of analyzing the phase and gain characteristics of a system. The system under test is stimulated by the user defined waveform. The obtained response is correlated with the applied stimulus by the on-board DSP processor to determine the phase difference and the gain.Gain and the face analysis is carried out only at sine waveform.

  • High Performance 335 M, 6 Channel Digital Receiver

DP-VME-5838 - Data Patterns Pvt. Ltd.

The DP- VME-5838 is a VME64x slave, high performance 335M, six channel Digital receiver card. It samples and down converts the analog IF signals into the digital base band data. The processed I/Q data are pulse compressed and decimated to the base band rate. In the Central Unit system, this pulse compressed I/Q data has to be sent to the signal processing unit through a 2.5G speed Optical SFPDP link.

  • Avionics Suite Tester

    Data Patterns Pvt. Ltd.

Based on order from the Navy, Data Patterns developed the complete Automated Test Equipment required for validating all the Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) utilized in the Seaking Helicopter. The upgrade was carried out at multiple Naval bases in India.

  • Go No Go Testers

    Data Patterns Pvt. Ltd.

Go No Go Testers are developed in portable formats. Typically these are utilized at 'I' Level and 'O' Level test requirements and clear the aircraft LRU for flight.

  • VXI

    Data Patterns Pvt. Ltd.

VXI stands for VME eXtensions for Instrumentation. It is an open standard first developed by five leading Test and Measurement companies in 1987 to standardise a backplane capable of developing open, interchangeable instrument modules that could be used to build Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).Data Patterns designs and markets a wide range of VXI modules, some of which are listed below. Due to the use of the latest technologies, Data Patterns VXI modules offer the highest I/O density available in the industry today.Further enhancements of functional capabilities are achieved by the use of VXI IP carriers and VXI M Module carriers. This extends standard functions available from Data Patterns in these mezzanine architectures to the VXI platform.

    Data Patterns Pvt. Ltd.

Redundant Strap down Inertial Navigation System (RESINS) checkout test station comprises of cPCI chassis with various functional I/O modules like ADC, DAC, DIO, VFC, Relay matrix, MIL 1553, GPIB, Serial communication interfaces and Custom Built System interface adaptor.

  • Generic RF ATE Test

    Data Patterns Pvt. Ltd.

The Generic RF ATE is developed to test the Radar and Radar Subsystems. The ATE is primarily built using an instrumentation control, precision RF routing systems and rack mounted test instruments. Generic RF ATE system enables measurement of parameters of Radar equipment such as Local Oscillators, Waveform Generators, Up and Down Converters, Analog Receivers, Array Group Receiver Units, TR Modules. The ATE is configured to test the Radars upto 18GHz frequency range.

  • ATE & Test Systems

    Data Patterns Pvt. Ltd.

Data Patterns' core business for over 20 years has been the development of Automated Test Equipment for critical aerospace requirements. Data Patterns developed a Multi Programmer with associated test automation software in 1994. Christened the DP-800 this product was adopted for the implementation of test rigs for Navigation Platform Test Benches, Engine Test Bed Automation, Cable Harness Test Systems, etc. This product was effectively utilized in the development of test benches required by Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) for the Polar Satellite Launch Vechicle (PSLV) and Geo Stationary Launch Vehicle (GSLV). Based on this foundation, the next generation test benches were developed in the cPCI architecture. Presently, Data Patterns develops cPCI based test systems for Laboratory applications as well as VME based test systems for challenging environmental conditions. Examples of test solutions built by Data Patterns are indicated below.
