Certify enables users to test APIs and leverage virtual services via an integration with SmartBear’s SoapUI. An out-of-the-box (OOTB) interface can point Certify processes to a SoapUI project, start a virtual service, and run a test or suite of tests. Data can be passed via our interface from Certify into a SoapUI test, and response data in SoapUI can be passed back to Certify once the test completes. This two-way integration enables teams to leverage existing SoapUI tests, eliminating the need to rebuild API tests. This makes it possible for business analysts or QA teams authoring tests in Certify to leverage assets built in open source technology as part of an end-to-end business process versus recreating them.
