These feature a wide range of switching configurations and are especially useful where a large number of small multiplexers are required. Typical applications include signal routing in ATE and data acquisition systems. Connections are made via a front panel 200-pinconnector.

The 40-787 Microwave BRIC platform is designed to provide a solution for complex RF matrix applications. Using a common mechanical platform the module can be constructed to provide scalable non-blocking or blocking microwave matrix for frequencies to at least 20GHz. The standard configurations provide up to a 4x4 matrix. More complex matrix can be constructed by adding further switching functions and other devices inside the module.
