PXI Solid State Multiplexer, 10 Amp, Dual 3-Channel

The 40-666A-011 is a dual 3-channel 10A MUX and is part of our range of high current multiplexers occupying two slots of PXI chassis. Each multiplexer switch uses a fully isolated solid state relay which has been designed to offer fast operation under hot switching conditions and high inrush current with no operational life degradation. Each multiplexer channel can support 10A of continuous current and switch up to 200V signals. The switches can sustain inrush currents in excess of 50A. AC or DC signals can be switched since the switch is polarity insensitive.

Typical faults that can be simulated are open-circuits, short circuits to ground or battery, or short-circuits between input/output lines.

Our small format embedded switching (SIM relay) cards offer a choice of switching configurations using low cost industry standard SIM connectors. They free the designer from the detail of routing complex switching circuits, you may select from a wide range of cards using the built in RS-232 and I2C interfaces. These low-cost embedded switching cards are intended to be mounted on to a simple motherboard. They may be used to construct very high density switching networks. SIM based switching cards also allow for very simple in-field maintenance.

The 40-785C-431-TE (PXI) and 42-785C-431-TE (PXIe) are single failsafe SP4T 26.5 GHz microwave multiplexers with automatic termination of unused signals and remotely mounted relays. The 40/42-785C range of multiplexers are available in single or dual, SP6T or SP4T configurations with relays mounted on the front panel. Remote versions are also available which can support up to three multiplexers in a single slot.
