The 40-203-002 (PXI) and 42-203-002 (PXIe) are designed to simulate common faults on high-speed two wire communication interfaces such as 1000Base-T1. They support 6 channels of two wire serial interfaces. Each channel pair can simulate an open fault in either or both wires, and using the fault bus switches can simulate short between both wires or a short to one of two externally applied fault connections – such as battery supply or ground - via two fault buses.

PXI High Power General Purpose Switch Modules
Pickering's PXI high power general purpose switch modules provide a range of high current handling relays suited for high power applications. Lower current versions require one 3U PXI slot, the highest current versions occupy two slots. These modules can be used to switch heavy AC or DC loads and the highest current versions are particularly suitable for automotive test. We also have high power switches available in multiplexer and matrix configurations.

The 60-802-310 is a 4-channel, 10-bank RF multiplexer suitable for switching 50Ω signals up to 26.5GHz. It is part of Pickering Interfaces’ range of LXI Microwave Multiplexers which are available with bandwidths between 6GHz and 40GHz and support for 4, 8 12 or 16 banks of 4 or 6-channel multiplexers. It is ideal for constructing complex microwave switching systems for many applications. Connection is by high performance front panel mounted SMA or SMA-2.9 connectors.

LXI WTB Adaptor, Terminated

The 60-982 provides a effective method of adapting trigger signals from bench instruments to the LXI Wired Trigger Bus signalling standard. The 60-982 converts M-LVDS signals on the WTB to Low Voltage TTL signals and converts Low Voltage TTL signals to M-LVDS. All 8 channels of the LXI WTB are supported in a single adaptor. Each channel of the WTB can be configured either manually or through a digital I/O to be Disabled, Driven or in Wired OR mode. The interface is fully compatible with the LXI WTB standard and counts as one node on the bus.

The matrix design permits any single Y input to be connected to any single X input, permitting the concurrent connection of 4 RF paths. Remote versions are also available which can support up to three multiplexers in a single slot.

The 50-510A series of matrix cards feature a wide range of switching configurations (22x4, dual 20x4, 22x8 and 44x4). Larger matrices may be constructed by daisy chaining the common signals from multiple cards. Expansion cables are available for the 50-512 and 50-513: The 50-512 can be expanded to 44x8 or the 50-513 can be expanded to 88x4 using two cards linked by the ribbon cable assembly 50-976-020-0.1M. Also the 50-512 can be expanded to 22x16 or the 50-513 can be expanded to 44x8 using two cards linked by the ribbon cable assembly 50-976-050-0.1M.
