PXI 8x4 Power Matrix, 2 Pole

Connections are made via a front panel 37-way D-Type male connector or two 20-way GMCT male connectors. Used for switching inductive/capacitive loads up to 5A at 250VAC. Power matrix modules are intended for switching heavy AC or DC loads or for slaving up to large external relays, contactors and solenoids. Used for applications requiring switching of either mains voltage or direct current. These modules are fitted with electro-mechanical power relays, gold-flash over silver alloy. A spare relay is built onto the circuit board to facilitate easy maintenance with minimum downtime.

Our 60-800-809 is a 9 bank SP6T multiplexer and is part of a range of LXI based microwave multiplexers suitable for switching 50 ohm signals up to 67GHz. The 60-800 range is capable of supporting up to 16 banks of 6 channel multiplexers and is ideal for constructing complex microwave switching systems for many applications. Connection is by high performance front panel mounted SMA, SMA-2.9, SMA-2.4 or SMA-1.85 connectors.

This 2m long male to unterminated 100-Pin SCSI Style Micro-D Cable Assembly is suited for direct connection to various products using the 100-Pin connector. It is constructed from 100-Pin twisted pair cable with varying left and right hand lays to minimise crosstalk. The Cable is colour coded to ensure easy connection. Screwlocks are provided to secure the SCSI connector to its associated product.

PXI Microwave Switch Modules
Pickering's PXI Microwave Switch Modules vary from simple multiplexer and switch configurations to integrated matrices and large multiplexers. Most products are characterized for 50 operation however certain 75 versions are supplied either as standard or custom products. Remote versions occupy a single PXI slot with the microwave switches mounted separately from the host chassis, connection to the module is via a supplied control cable.

This range of high density reed relay switching modules are available in Normally Open (SPST & DPST) and changeover (SPDT) configurations. Connections are made via a front panel 200 pin female connector. General purpose reed relays are suitable for the construction of small switching networks, for slaving up to larger switches or for operating external devices (e.g. lamps, solenoids etc.).

The 40-785C-533-TE (PXI) and 42-785C-533-TE (PXIe) are triple failsafe SP6T 26.5 GHz microwave multiplexers with automatic termination of unused signals and remotely mounted relays. The 40/42-785C range of multiplexers are available in single or dual, SP6T or SP4T configurations with relays mounted on the front panel. Remote versions are also available which can support up to three multiplexers in a single slot.

LXI 2U Modular Matrix Chassis 6-Slot

Configurable by adding up to six LXI Reed Relay Matrix plug-in modules. This LXI modular matrix chassis offers you a solution that can be easily re-configured by the insertion and removal of up to six LXI matrix plug-in modules (detail in the tables below). It is purchased as an empty chassis with a quantity of plug-in modules required for a particular matrix size. Unused chassis slots are blanked off by the supplied blanking pieces. Cooling is provided by rear fans and front air intakes ensuring no wasted space when the chassis is rack mounted.

The 500-Pin SEARAY connector is used on switching products to provide a very high density 1A connector solution that is suitable for use to 200VDC. This cable assembly is for direct connection to products using the 500-Pin SEARAY connector (not compatible with Pickering products). Unterminated connections are provided at the other end of the cable for a variety of applications. Screwlocks enable the SEARAY connector to be secured to its mating product.

These modules are available in 2, 4 or 8-slot PXI sizes to suit all high performance matrix requirements and are constructed using instrumentation quality reed relays. With this high level of switching density, these PXI matrix modules allow a complete Functional ATE system to be housed in a single 3U PXI chassis. These BRIC matrix modules allow the use of lower cost 8 or 14-slot PXI chassis.
