The 40-614D-001 (PXI) and 42-614D-001 (PXIe) 16-bank, 8-channel, 1-pole multiplexers are part of the High Density 2A multiplexer module range available in 23 configurations (see 'Also in this Range' link above). All configurations use high quality electro-mechanical signal relays allowing each channel to switch current up to 2A and voltage up to 300VDC/250VAC.

The 40-580 is a 256 crosspoint PXI matrix with dual pole switching. The module consists of a 32x8 matrix of 2-pole electro-mechanical relays with 2A current handling. The module is designed for switching medium voltage and power signals, typical applications include signal routing in ATE and data acquisition systems. The user signal connection is via a robust 160 pin DIN 41612 connector that is fully supported by the wide range of Pickering Interfaces cable and connector accessories.

The 40-615A-010 is a 2-bank, 40-channel, 2-pole MUX and is part of our range of PXI high density reed-relay based multiplexer modules. These feature a wide range of switching configurations and are especially useful where a large number of small multiplexers are required. Typical applications include signal routing in ATE and data acquisition systems. Connections are made via a front panel 200-pin connector.

This female rear exit to male ribbon 0.5m long cable assembly does not connect directly to Pickering Interfaces products that use the 200-Pin LFH connector, but customers may find it useful in the development of their own connection solutions. It is constructed from 4 bundles of 50-wire round/flat ribbon cables, terminated with 50-pin male 2.54mm pitch IDC connectors. The 200-pin connector can be secured to its mating connector by female screwlocks.

With this high level of switching density, these PXI matrix modules allow a complete Functional ATE system to be housed in a single 3U PXI chassis. These BRIC matrix modules allow the use of lower cost 8 or 14-slot PXI chassis.
