The 44-Pin Connector to Unterminated Cable Assy is constructed from PFA insulated 7/0.15 (26AWG) Silver Plated Copper Wire. The connector can be secured to the product by screwlocks. The unterminated connections are coded to match the connector pin designation and include crimped on ferrules to ensure the wire strands cannot break when they are terminated. This series of high density multiplexer modules feature a wide range of switching configurations, especially useful where a large number of small multiplexers are required. Typical applications include signal routing in ATE and data acquisition systems. Connections are made via a front panel 200-pin connector. Inter-bank linking relays allow multiplexer size to be increased in multiples of in multiples of three by joining the common terminals of adjacent banks. The 40-204-002 (PXI) and 42-204-002 (PXIe) are dual channel differential multiplexers designed to simulate common faults on high-speed two wire communication interfaces such as 1000Base-T1. They are available with support for 1 or 2-channels of two wire serial interfaces. Each channel pair can be looped out to external equipment or the switches can be used simulate a channel open fault. Using the fault bus, switches can simulate a short between both wires or a short to one of two externally applied fault conditions – such as battery supply or ground - via two fault buses.
